Shivalik Remedies has recently established a cutting-edge Formulation Development Set-up which is integrated with Analytical Development and Microbiology Labs spanning 8400 sq. ft.

This facility will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing formulations for General Tablets, Capsules and Oral Liquids, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of Quality, Efficacy, and Safety and drive Innovation & Excellence in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

The scope of Formulation Development Set-up will cover the following areas :

  1. Pre-Formulation studies –
    Conduct thorough analysis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) and Excipients to determine their physiochemical properties.

    Design & Develop formulations for General Tablets, Capsules and Oral Liquids, considering factors such as Bioavailability, Stability, and patient Compliance.

  3. In-Vitro Evaluation –
    Perform in-vitro testing to assess the performance of developed formulations.

Small-scale machines are employed for Efficient Use of Resources, Flexibility & Versatility and Cost-effectivity.
